Thank you for choosing NexTrend Wellness. This Subscription Policy explains how recurring purchases and subscription orders work when you enroll in one of our subscription programs.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

How Subscriptions Work

Our subscription program allows you to receive your favorite wellness products automatically on a recurring schedule, so you never run out.

When you subscribe, your selected payment method will be automatically charged at the frequency you choose during checkout until your subscription is canceled.

Available delivery frequencies may vary by product.

Automatic Billing

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize NexTrend Wellness to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Your payment method will be charged before each scheduled shipment.

If a payment cannot be processed, we may retry the charge or notify you to update your payment information.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account or by contacting our customer support team.

Depending on the product and subscription program, you may be able to:

Pause your subscription
Resume your subscription
Skip a scheduled shipment
Change your delivery frequency
Update your shipping address
Update your payment method
Cancel your subscription

Changes must be made before your next billing date to affect the upcoming shipment.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next recurring order is processed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Cancellation only affects future recurring orders and does not apply retroactively to orders that have already been processed.

Subscription Pricing

Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing in the future. If pricing changes, the updated price will apply only to future renewal orders.

Where required by law, we will provide advance notice before any pricing changes take effect.

Promotional Offers

Subscription discounts, introductory offers, free gifts, or promotional pricing may be offered from time to time.

These promotions:

May apply only to the initial subscription order
Cannot be combined unless expressly stated
May be modified or discontinued without notice

Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined, expired, or otherwise unavailable:

We may attempt to process the payment again.
Your shipment may be delayed until payment is successfully processed.
We may suspend or cancel your subscription if payment cannot be completed.

Product Availability

While we strive to maintain adequate inventory, product availability cannot be guaranteed.

If a subscribed product becomes temporarily unavailable, we may:

Delay shipment until inventory is replenished;
Contact you regarding available options; or
Cancel the affected subscription item and notify you.

Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Opened dietary supplements and wellness products generally cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
